Cancellation Policy

Northside Dog Training endeavours to keep classes small so we can provide as much personalised training to you and your dog as possible. Due to the limited number of places offered for our courses and private consultations, we ask that you ensure you can attend as many classes as possible to make the most of the place offered, while others are on our waiting list. Classes cannot be interchanged or refunded, with payment for the entire course being required up front in order to secure your place. For private consultations, we are able to re-arrange session times, but a cancellation fee of $30.00 is applied for cancellations made within 48 hours of the arranged booking. To best reach your training goals, we ask that clients complete training "homework" outside of consultations to deliver the best results. We cannot guarantee progression in your dog's training without commitment to the full length of the course and regular attendance to classes. In emergency circumstances, we can arrange to have your place moved over to another date, course or private consultation, through private arrangement with Olivia.
